Insulation Materials

1. Polyurethane Sandwich Panel: They comes in different thicknesses, For Cold Rooms Positive Temp., (CRPT) between 6 cm & 10 cm, and for Cold Rooms Negative Temp., (CRNT) between 10 cm & 12 cm

2. Polyurethane foam.

Refrigeration Systems

1. Compressors: It is the heart of the refrigeration system. We use different sizes from different global brands (E.g. Danfoss, Dorin, Bitzer, Embraco, Emerson and Tecumseh... ) which they're known for their high and efficient performance.

2. Condenser (Outdoor Unit): The hot, high-pressure refrigerant vapor from the compressor flows into the condenser, where it releases heat and changes into a high-pressure liquid. We provide both open and closed box for condensers and refrigeration units. Note that closed box are always better to help the items separated from outdoor environment and reduce the volume.

3. Evaporator (Indoor Unit): The high-pressure liquid refrigerant then enters the evaporator, where it expands and evaporates, absorbing heat from the surroundings, including the stored items, and cooling them. We use multi sizes high-quality, rust-resistant, efficient units depend on the size of the cold rooms.

Digital Controller: Digital controllers for cold rooms are advanced devices that enable precise temperature monitoring and control, defrosting, Sensing, lighting and showing alarms, Controlling the whole outdoor and indoor units. with compact and waterproof designs from global brands (E.g. Eliwell, Evco, Dixell, ...)

1. Plywood & Checker Plates: for better isolation and to prevent the damage of the sandwich panels, using plywood and checker plates on the floor gives your cold rooms more lifespan and high efficiency.

Controlling Electrical Board: Located in the outdoor unit and linked with the digital controller via the less amount of cables, the electrical board contains all the cables, contactors and circuit breakers to reduce cable using, easy maintenance and give the whole unit and controller a nice and compact design. (Schneider Electric, Siemens, ABB, EATON,...)

2. Epoxy coating:Epoxy coatings in cold rooms: Durable, temperature-resistant, and easy to clean. They enhance safety, offer customization, and are energy-efficient while meeting hygiene and environmental standards. Ideal for storing temperature-sensitive items.

Lighting Fixtures

1. Lighting: Installing proper lighting enhances visibility inside the cold room, making it easier to locate items. Energy-efficient LED of florescent lights are recommended due to their lower heat production.

1. Strip curtains: Cold room strip curtains are transparent, flexible PVC barriers that conserve energy, maintain temperature separation, and enable easy access while reducing heat loss.
